GYMNASTICS STRENGTH AND MOBILITY, NO TUMBLING
Do you teach tumbling?
No, our studio is not equipped with a fully sprung floor. We have mats and an air-track so teach up to a level of walkovers and tic-tocs etc. To learn tumbling and tumbling lines, we would always recommend a sprung floor to prevent injury.

COST
Why is one hour the cost of 3 hours at group gymnastics or dance? Your child won’t stop moving the whole hour and will not be waiting in line for a turn. Our class numbers are also kept small to allow for continual work with supervision.
There is no coaching or marking from other children or parents. All coaching comes from our qualified coaches.

CLASS NUMBERS:
- All classes, except preschool 3-5yr ones, are subject to a maximum class size of 6 children.
- Class groups 3-5yrs old will involve caregiver/parent supervision and assistance guidance will be given. Maximum class size of 8 children.
- Once each group is full, all additional requests will go on a waiting list for the first available slot.
SUPERVISION OF ATTENDEES & SIBLINGS
- If you need to bring siblings, they will be welcome as long as they don't disturb and distract children in the class. You will require to supervise them and they are not allowed to use the equipment.

HOUSE KEEPING
- Eating during the class session is not allowed. Please bring water only.
- Please adhere to the drop-off zone and parking rules.
- Please also be on time so classes can run on time.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
- Class request will only be confirmed with full payment of the term fees.
- Please note that there are no refunds after the commencement of the term or holiday programme.
- We offer make up classes if your child is unable to attend and 12 hours notice has been given. The make up class will be subject to availability.
- If cancellation occurs within 12 hours of the class, the class is forfeited.
- Registrations are non transferable.
- Cancelled registrations received more than 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the term or holiday programme, fees received will be refunded in full.
- If cancellation is received less than 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the term or holiday programme $30 administration fee applies.
- White Zebra reserves the right to cancel the class and request you attend a different class if class numbers are lower than 3.

HOLIDAYS
- All classes follow the school term. Term classes do not run during school holidays.
- We will endeavour to move children to other sessions during the week when public holidays occur. If necessary, Friday classes may be added on public holiday weeks if current classes with maximum numbers don't allow these public holiday changes.

LIABILITY WAIVER
White Zebra reserves all rights to either cancel any current booking or deny participation in its activities to any individual at their discretion and no refunds will be given in these circumstances.
I acknowledge that White Zebra and its coaches will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury arising from or in connection with the activities and I waive all and any claims whatsoever against White Zebra and its coaches in this respect.
Please note that there is always a high level of care and all measures taken to prevent injuries or damage.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND ADVERTISING - CONSENT
Photos may be taken for promotional purposes during the delivery of any of our programmes.
By accepting these terms and conditions you give us consent to do so.
I grant White Zebra rights to use any pictures taken of my child for any of its publication and advertising purposes. We will not sell or give any image to 3rd parties.
